Brief Neuroscience of Meditation

Our brains are wired to remember things that are “bad” so that we stay safe. As Rick says our memories are like “Velcro for the bad and Teflon for the good” meaning brains are not wired to remember much of the good, we remember the bad.

Importance of Mouthwork

As therapists it is just as important to work inside the mouth to release the structures, and the surrounding structures, of the mouth and jaw as the rest of the body. I want to work inside my client’s mouth if that is the area that needs to be released for healing.

This is my Story

Sickness or illness, death and difficult times, I believe, are there to help us question. We can choose to seek answers to these questions or we can choose to stay as we are. If life is hard I believe it is hard because it is asking us to wake up and look at our decisions that brought us there. Life is giving us an opportunity to look at our path. Do we want to change our path? Are we happy?
